I'd like share a problem that I saw during my technical interview with 
a company called <!--Corelis--> _______. 
Those questions were very similar to the ones you gave in 3701 [and 4712 and 
4744]. So please also let the students know that working hard in 3701, 4712, 
and 4744 really pays off when it comes to job interviews.<br><br>

here is the question, the first part is, using a D-FF to creat an output 
signal that's half the input clock frequency. this one is easy. the second 
part is more interesting, it asks for 1/3 of the input frequency (with 50% 
duty cycle). i don't think i answered it 100% correct, but close. i thought 
it might be a good exercise for one of your classes. <br><br>
 
anyway, just want to say thank you again, i've always enjoyed learning from 
you and hope other students feel the same. <br><br>
