This batch file is used to install the necessary drivers for the Out of the Box CPLD and FPGA programmer

The batch file only needs to be double clicked for it to run and install.  The user will be prompted for admin privileges since the directory is protected

This batch file is setup for version 19.1 of Quartus installed in the default directory.
