LCD Contrast/Viewing Angle Control

The LCD module contrast and viewing angle is controlled by a single potentiometer connected to the module as shown in the following figure.

For extended-temperature LCD modules the potentiometer must be placed between GND and -7V instead of between GND and +5V.
