Mapping between DD RAM and LCD Display
A 1 line x 16 character display is treated as a 2 line x 8 character
display. The left eight character positions on the display form the first `line'
and the right eight character positions on the display form the second `line'.
The mapping between the Display Data RAM locations and the unshifted display
locations is shown in the following figure:
