Member Responsibility Table

Each team should create a “Table of Responsibility.” For some teams, this information might be available in the Gantt chart you created in the project proposal. But for most teams, many job responsibilities have been adjusted since the proposal was written. In either case, I would like you to create the new document described below. This information should be included in your final report and final presentation along with your original (or adjusted) Gantt chart.

What I am looking for is a list of what each team member has or will contribute on the project. In cases that you have/will both work(ed) on an item, please give percentages of responsibility. Be as specific as possible. For example:

I will use this table at the end of the semester to help decide if you have met your responsibilities for your project. This is especially important when one of the team members has not pulled their own weight.
