Sandwich:

This robot (living up to its name) is made out of a plastic sandwich container, and runs off
of a 9V battery. The battery powers not only the board, but two DC motors which turn the
wheels. This robot also follows a line by using 4 light sensors. These light sensors
can also be used to track a light, when you turn the switch on the robot over it will
move to a different program that can track light. The motors on Sandwich are wired to only
move forward, so the robot will every blue moon veer off of the track and need minor assistance
on getting back in his appropriate place, which makes lots of fun watching. this robot cost about
60 dollars to build and gives me hours of fun, it should only take about 3 weeks straight to
appropriately build.  Building this robot taught me everything I need to know to start
building robots.  I strongly advise getting this book "Robot Building for Beginners" By
David Cook.  In it will teach you all that you need to know about small electronics
and programming in PIC Basic.
